your in. but def apply early itll help with housing

MPM, are you doing one of the academies? Just wondering how it’s going - I have a niece who’s interested in the global one and haven’t seen feedback from anyone about them!

yeah im am technically in the global one. every wednesday we have a seminar (right now we are rotating, but in the spring you have a choice to choose which one that you want to participate in. besides the seminar there are various other activities you can participate in. the global perspectives one doesn’t interest me, but a lot of people i know love it- if she is interested in “worldly” events or if she’s a political science major she’ll love it. the housing is the main attraction: i wouldve been placed on south campus if i had not joined them, and our dorm is amazing. we are all friends and our floor(s) are the closest i have seen around campus. overall the academies look really good on your resume and have helped me meet my best friends here even though im not a huge fan of the seminar.
