What are my current chances of getting into NYU?

Hello, I'd like to get into NYU's College of Arts and Science or Global Institute of Public Health. I'm currently a junior in high school. Here are my current stats:

GPA: 4.0 unweighted, not sure about weighted but I will find that out soon
Classes: Honors classes and AP Human Geo, AP World, AP Chemistry, AP English Language and AP US History, French IV and Chinese III
AP Scores: 5 on Geo, 4 on World, haven't received latter three yet but I'm pretty confident they are within the 4-5 range
Extracurriculars: Volunteering Club, Asian Cultures Club, Environmental Club, French Honor Society, Chinese Honor Society, Global Honor Society, DECA, Art Club
Awards/Honors: Academic Letter Award, Scholastic Award, 2nd place in Visual Arts Competition, NRF Certification
Volunteering: I volunteer at a local church, the local library, the beach and various events throughout the city
SAT: CR 740 / Math 610 / Writing 700 - This was my first time taking the SAT and I couldn't study for it due to AP exams. I'm taking it again in June and expect to improve my math score
ACT: Taking it in June
Other: Traveled with my school to China this past spring, part-time job since November 2013 (dunno if this counts for anything)
Legacy: None
Ethnicity: Asian
Location: Out-of-state

Last year I applied and was accepted to a secondary school for art in my area - however I didn't go due to commitment to my high school's magnet program (global studies). Would admissions care about this? It's a pretty hard school to get into... but should I leave it off of my application/resume since I didn't actually attend?

Should I take SAT subject tests? I was looking into taking the French one and maybe Chemistry but I don't want to waste my time/money if admissions doesn't care about them haha.

Also, I'm a junior currently but I am graduating this August after taking regular Government and regular English 12 online. I'll graduate with an advanced diploma and all but I'm kind of worried that taking these regular classes (no APs are offered in the summer) will hurt my chances. Will it affect me much? Is there anything I can do to make up for it? I was going to use my extra time to volunteer more and participate in community activities. I want to volunteer abroad but I can't afford the program fees.

Thank you!

Also I’m currently ranked 3rd or 4th in my class. I have to check to make sure exactly

Id say it is a match. I’ve seen someone with around a 3.3 UW get in with a 1600 on the SAT. I think people tend to exaggerate NYUs selectivity. The acceptance rate is only so low because of all the under qualified NYC applicants.

Thank you for your input!
