Transferring and wondering which dorms are best for transfer students (junior) and which apartments would be best?

Hey Matt, for your first year I recommend Santa Ynez or San Clemente because there are many transfers in both. Also, because they are university-owned, all utilities are covered in your rent and furniture is provided. Basically, choose San Clemente if you want a quieter community with a single bedroom. Or, choose Santa Ynez is you want a more social community with roommates. Also, Santa Ynez is significantly cheaper.

And here’s a video of what an apartment in San Clemente looks like: [UCSB San Clemente Village Apartments - YouTube](<a href=“UCSB San Clemente Village Apartments - YouTube”>UCSB San Clemente Village Apartments - YouTube)

I’m working on the review for San Clemente now. That’s where I lived.

Okay thanks for the info! Post a link to the review when it’s done I would like to read it

Isn’t San Clemente only for grad students though? :/

Or is it for everyone?
