What are the consequences of just not attending summer B?

I was admitted to summer B and it turns out i don't need to go due to an abundance of credits. I called admissions about switching out of it and they said i have to send an email requesting a switch and they would get back to me by May. My question is, what if they deny my request but i still choose not to attend summer b, and just enter in the fall? what are the consequences?

If you are admitted for summer B and you do not attend then you have forfeited you admission. Even if you registered for fall during preview, as soon as summer B drop/add is over, you would be dropped from your fall classes.

Students who enter a state university in Florida with fewer than 60 credits must earn at least nine credits before graduation during summer terms at State University System (SUS) institutions. However, students who earn six credits through UF-sponsored, UF exchange or approved SUS study-abroad programs during one or two summer terms completely satisfy the summer-term enrollment requirement. In addition, credits earned through any of the study-abroad programs approved by UF during a summer term count toward satisfaction of the summer-term enrollment requirement.

It’s my understanding you were accepted to Summer B and if you don’t attend you are basically telling them you do not wish to attend.
