<p>I volunteer at a nursing home with one of my friends during summer, for two hours a day every day (except this summer I’ll be gone for 3 weeks to Europe with a different program…)</p>

<p>I’m setting something up right now where I’ll teach ESL to Spanish speakers a few nights a week, I love languages! I’ll either start this mid-summer or at the begining of Junior year.</p>

<p>This, plus 5 APs, will keep me plenty busy next year. Plus the fact that I hang out with my friends every Friday and Saturday night… but that’s not an EC, haha.</p>

<p>Oh and I cured cancer.</p>

<p>And is NHS a joke for you guys? At my school its SUPER competive. Our valedictorian didn’t get in, and neither did our president. Its based on service/leadership and how much your teachers like you, but apparently its a joke at other places.</p>

I have hobbies (as in my own thing, nothing reported): soccer, tennis, chess. I never was very good at managing my time. oh well.</p>

<p>And all of you guys with five more clubs than I have plus two sports are making me feel inadequate. >.< Next year, I’ll be staying after every day, 45 minutes of piano practice daily, and (hopefully!) newspaper articles to right, plus 2-3 hours of homework. I could never come close to everything some of you are participating in.</p>

<p>There was a DDR club at my school freshmen year but I’m pretty certain I killed it. Go me. Just one of the things I’ve participated in. But probably the only thing I have to say that wouldn’t be imitating like 5 other people.</p>
