<p>hello. actually, i'm an international student and i'm really interested in art. i just want to aim at some fine Art college. however, it's really hard for me to know what colleges or university suit me.</p>
<p>i'm interested in Advertising and commercial Art+ art mannagement. i know that clifornia institute of the arts is a pretty good art college. is it good in this kinds of majors?</p>
<p>another factor is that i will go back to my country and work there, so need to major in some subjects that consist with the development of my city. i said ad and commercial Art because i think there are a lot of business opputunities in my city. also, there are a lot of casino is building and operating. i want to know more what i should major in. i just love art, i'm interested in everything about art. </p>
<p>i second patsy, art center IS one of the top art schools in the country. </p>
<p>other schools to consider include columbus college of art and design (advertising + graphic design), parsons (design + management), pratt (communication design - advertising art direction), savannah college of art and design (advertising design)</p>
<p>what kind of program are you looking for?</p>
<p>if you want a four-year degree start with the schools above. IF however you simply want to get a good portfolio at the end of your studies, then i would suggest either the portfolio center (portfoliocenter.com) or the creative circus (creativecircus.com) which offer two year intensives. they do not offer four-year degrees like the above art schoos though you'd most likely end up with a very polished/commercial portfolio.</p>
