Hi, i am applying to college soon and i was wondering what good colleges i can get into. I went to a competitive school in NJ. I took 5 Honors classes Biology, Chemistry, Geometry, Algebra 2/Trig, Pre Calculus and 5 AP classes which were Physics A (scored 4), Physics B(scored 4), Chemistry (scored 4), Computer science A (scored 4), Calculus AB (scored 5). I got a 30 on ACT and a 1300/1600 on SAT. Thanks
What region? What can you afford? What are you interests?
I am in the U.S(more specifically New Jersey so the east coast), I can get a loan up to 150k for college, and i would like to pursue computer science or software engineering. Thanks
Honestly, 90% of the schools in the country would accept you with those stats and as long as your ECs and essays are good. So if you want more specific schools that you could get into, then we are going to need some of your preferences like size, location, urban or traditional campus, importance of campus life, etc.
I basically really want to Rutgers, but i saw that the average GPA for Rutgers Engineering was 3.63 and i have a 3.4 GPA, i am a senior and i am applying very late which is really worrying me right now. My preferences would be going a college that is in a safe location, doesn’t matter how big, doesn’t matter what type of campus. My parent are willing to move where ever i go for college. But if my parent don’t move with me i would have to stay in a dorm, so i would say the food, the dorms have to be good.
I forgot to say i was a senior
With a low GPA if you are admitted you may be weeded out freshman year. Engineering is very demanding.
