<p>ipod minis are a rip....they're about $190 dollars for 4GBs of storage.....why pay that when you can pay $90 more and get 5 times as much storage space with a 20GB?</p>

<p>Generations are like...versions...you can compare them to Windows, Windows 95, 98, 2000, Mil, XP service packs 1, 2 and 3, and the new Windows Longhorn.
Or like Celeron, Pentium 1, 2, 3, 4, M, Centrino...i think you get the gist</p>

<p>ipod rocks the casbah. do they even sell the 20GB or is it now the 30GB? imho the mini and shuffle are ripoffs. you really pay for the non-memory portion, so you might as well shell out another $50 or so and get 5x the memory. I know this was the case when i bought my 20GB cause the mini was $250 and the 20 was $300.</p>
