What do UC's base my application on

<p>I know they obviously consider things such as:
GPA
EC's
Essay and so forth </p>

<p>My bigger question is: Do UC's consider my GPA for Fall 2010. If so, do they consider just as important as my previous semesters GPA?</p>

<p>Yes and yes. Fall grades count, and they are just as important as any semester, if not the most important.</p>
