<p>Move in day is aug 17ish and classes start the 22ish (I'm not exactly sure of the dates). what do we do in the meantime?</p>
<p>Meet people, attend Welcome Week events (dinners, concerts, planned activities), explore campus, explore Los Angeles (there are organized trips around LA during Welcome Week) and just get adjusted to life before the madness begins.</p>

<p>welcome week is the best time you’ll have as a freshman. everyone is so friendly and willing to spontaneously do random things.</p>

<p>Oh, and Adrian Grenier’s coming to campus the first weekend after classes.</p>

<p>MEET PEOPLE. Go to events and stuff!

<p>It’s the best time to meet people and find your close friends since everyone is so willing to make friends the first few weeks. Suffice it to say, this same level of openness doesn’t last forever!</p>
