<p>Seriously. I can, like, watch my thoughts become more optimistic and relaxed as I listen to them. Amazing stuff.</p>
<p>And then I sleep. I get lots of sleep... even when I was in high school and doing all the stuff that ended up getting me into my #1 college, I got enough sleep. Never pulled all-nighters. 11 PM was about the latest I ever stayed up doing homework. </p>
