I was looking at the Siemens AP Awards the other day (http://www.siemens-foundation.org/awards/). Basically, the highest total score you have in the eight advanced math/science APs (CS, Chem, Bio, Environment, Physics C Mech/EM, Calc BC, Stat) is looked at. I see that it’s done by region. Do you pretty much need a total of 40 to get the award or can you settle for less? I’ve taken 4 already and am toying with the idea of self-studying for Chem and Stat, and I sort of know bio, so it seems not too far out of my reach. Anyone know somebody who’s won the award?

are you pretty much out of the running if you have one 4 but the rest are 5's?

JEEZ, thats really hard to complete (and i thought i've taken a lot of science APs!)
