<p>Here is my story , i've applied to my top choice college and iam waiting to get my decision. 3 weeks ago my online application status turned to " under review " . A friend of mine applied after me, and his status turned to under review a week ago (( two weeks after mine )).</p>
<p>So this college holds interviews for competitive candidates, my friend got called for an interview while I wasn't although I applied before him as I mentioned before.
The college says that all decisions will be available starting from mid april throughout the end of April. </p>
<p>My friend's SAT 1 is 130 points better than mine, and he has 3 800's in SAT subjects while my SAT subjects are alot worse than his.</p>
<p>So what do you think , Does not getting called for interview mean that they rejected me or not ?? Your opinion woukd be highly appreciated.</p>

<p>tough to know. we can play this guessing game all day long and in the end we won’t know until they send us the letter. could mean something, or might mean they liked you so much they did not need to interview you. Stay focused and prepare for both possibilities- hopefully you have some other good choices. Good Luck</p>

<p>Wait, what? This would be cutting it awful close when people need to put down deposits by May 1 at most places. Did you mean to write “March” instead of “April”?</p>

<p>@Absweetmarie no It is April. There decisions come out really late, and they don’t have ED. But it’s my top choice so I guess i’ll have to wait.</p>
<p>What school is this whose RD notifications come out so late?</p>
<p>It’s Cornell Qatar (( Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar )) . I’m applying to pre-med programme there.</p>
