It is my first year doing Running Start full time. Not going for AA. I got accepted to UW this year! But I am currently having a bad case of senioritis. I got 3.8 for the fall quarter taking 16 credits. Then I got a 2.8 for the winter quarter... Now my cumulative GPA for community college is 3.5... What if I get a 3.0 for the spring quarter?

I have an unweighed GPA of 3.99 for high school. I even took three AP courses in Calculus AB, Physics B, and US History during my junior year. Sooo what does it take to be rescinded?

As long as you don’t have below a C, you should be perfectly fine.

Right. That’s what I thought. I actually got 1.9 which is a C- in chem class during the winter quarter.

I also heard that UW doesn’t like seniors changing their courses during the senior year. I HAD to change my spring quarter courses because of the “same” time for two classes and budget cuts. Any thoughts on that?

Let the admissions people know ASAP that your schedule has changed.

That’s better than surprising them with a different transcript than intended.

Alright thanks. Do you know who exactly of the admissions people I should contact?

ALSO, would a community college course with a 1.9 considered as a F since 1.9 is calculated as a C-?

Not sure whom to call exactly, but from the admit.uw website - the admissions phone number is (206) 543-9686. Call them, tell them about your situation, and if needed they’ll transfer you to the right number or whom to contact.

As for the grades, I can’t give you an answer because I don’t know :/
