What does REA History lack compared to AMSCO?

Hello, well as you can all see I am a HUGE procrastinator :'( and had originally bought amsco thinking an easy read but was shocked.... Anyway, i stumbled upon REA and it seems like a godsend. Besides the obvious more content, just....how good will just an REA do me? Maybe take 3-5 practice tests with it?

i have the REA APUSH book and my friend has the AMSCO one. i like the REA because it goes into detail and it has a lot of information. also, my apush teacher recommended it for us because she said their questions on the practice tests are verrrry close to the actual ones on the ap test. the only problem i have with the rea is that it isn’t put into chronological order, but each chapter is separated by economics, social, and political events. i like the amsco too because it is in chronological order and goes with my teacher’s lectures, but i prefer the rea :)
