<p>that is going to be rather disappointing if this weekend isn't the second wave. i don't mean to rain on anyone's parade... but there is also the possibility that some or all of us simply aren't in this wave.... we'll see. regardless i wouldn't get something in the mail until monday or tuesday anyway if they did send anything out friday or saturday...</p>
<p>The admission officer was right. He said that the people on CC trying to solve the wave thing got it all wrong.</p>

<p>We are in SoCal and nothing in the mail today. My son's status was last updated on Feb 12th saying they have received his mid-year report and no further information is needed at this time. He has applied to their school of Engineering, so I don't know if that means he will hear later or what. For now all we can do is wait.</p>

<p>my friend said she got in because an admission officer called her brother, then her brother told her. Can they accept you that way? Honestly, I think how my friend said she was accepted to USC is a bunch of bologna. :P</p>
<p>I doubt that your friend actually got in. Phone acceptances are only offered after April 11 or somewhere around that date.</p>
<p>Live in Orange County, checked mail today and got the Financial Aid reminder.
Status is still in review, but still dated from 12/10 which was my prelim review date.</p>
<p>Sigh, the waiting is killing me.</p>

<p>You can check if they received your midyear report by logging into the oasis thing....</p>
<p>I didn't know this beforehand and actually e-mailed them asking if they received it and they said they received it.</p>
<p>So you can either log into your oasis or e-mail them.</p>
