what else?

For Brown, do you have to send in a counselor recommendation?

I don't see it on the online application. All I see is Part I, which it said I completed (sent in my teacher recommendations by mail), and Part II is my essays.

I send in my transcript, but what else?

If you look at the Brown web site, you will see that Form 2A, the secondary school report, is required.

<a href="http://www.brown.edu/Administration/Admission/applyingtobrown/abouttheapplication.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.brown.edu/Administration/Admission/applyingtobrown/abouttheapplication.html</a></p>

Just print it out and give it to your GC or whomever fills these out at your school.

So I mail my transcript also, right?

And I'm done?

I finished Part I, almost done with Part II, sent in recommendations, will send in my counselor recommendation....that's it?

Thanks guys!

The secondary school report and the transcript would be mailed by your school, not you personally. There also is a mid-year school report if you look at my link.

And don't forget to arrange for your SAT/ACT scores to be reported, if you haven't already.

Look at the Brown web site to confirm all the steps in your own mind. We didn't do it online, so I don't know what Part I and Part II entail precisely.

Where do I attach a resume?

I don't know that a resume can be done online. I think it would have to be mailed in. You would have to note on it or in a cover letter that it is a supplement to your application, so they would know why they are receiving it. Perhaps someone else here or in the Brown forum did a resume with the online application and could explain the logistics used.

Being homeschooled, my daughter submitted quite a bit of supplemental information. She just did it; there was no specific place to put it or description as to how to proceed or what to include. It was largely because of the supplemental information that she decided to send in one envelope everything she had to give each college.
