What I need to get in to UT?

<p>Hi everyon. i really LOVE the University of Texas-Austin. They got a STRONG engineering program and an elite business program in the nation(if not the world). It's also a public ivy from what ive read. I can only DREAM of going to such a prestigus university. Plus it's got amazing athletics(GO HORNS) and a great social scene of austin. Im more leaning towards business though. Im currently a junior in high school and i am out of state. Can anyone tell me what I need to get into this respectable school? Thanks.</p>

<p>It's not really worth going to UT if you're out of state. It's a good school, but tuition will be nuts. Plus, it's a state university, so they tend to deny out of state people and accept people in Texas. I'm not saying allways, but, that's what usaully happens.</p>

<p>You better get good grades 3.8+ unweighted and get some killer SAT scores.</p>
