What is a personalized campus visit ?

<p>I just signed up for a campus visit at Syracuse University, and they said that they will put me up for a personalized visit and tour. Does that mean that I'll be the only one there, or will I still be in a group? What I mean is, is a "personalized" visit/tour the same as a normal informational session and tour (with a bunch of other people) or will it just be me and my parent at the visit?</p>

<p>FYI, they said they can set me up with an admission counselor and financial aid adviser if I wanted to, so I was slightly confused about what a personalized tour would be...</p>

<p>So, is that just a normal tour? Because I’ve heard some colleges hold tours and sessions just for a single family (2 or 3 people, that’s it), while other schools’ “personalized visit” mean you get led around campus with 10-15 other people.</p>
