I live in NC and I want to major in CS. I really want to go to school out of state to have a different experience and be apart of one of the best engineering schools around. Any advice on being a minority at Virginia Tech?
Hokies dont see color. My cousins and friends went to Tech. They love the school.
I’ve never experienced any discrimination or anything. I largely agree with @paulster69 on this one. One thing to note is that the percentage of black people here is like 3.7% so I would get used to not seeing people who look like us very often.
