Okay many people in these forums oppose prep courses. I did try to self study but it did not work because of my specific situation and my lousy study environment. Therefore, I must resort in doing SAT prep courses.

Right now, I am just an average scorer. I want to get my score at least to 2100.

Which one do you recommend?

Princeton Review, Kaplan, or something else?

[Hint: I live around Seattle, WA so I can only enroll to programs near here.]

i took a free prep course at lake hills library offered from sandweiss test prep.....i haven't taken the sat yet (taking it on march 1st), but the course helped my psat score jump up 35 points.

it's not like it was an amazing course, it was just worth the money...mainly cuz it was free, plus they give you a free college board blue book for participating. a pretty good deal i'd say. you should look into see if any libraries will be offering the course again in the future, i heard they repeat it a couple of times every year.

i think prep course actually helps me somehow. i attent Princeton Review, i think they give me some good methods. the most important is that they make you confident!
