What kind of jobs can a biology major get? Would it also help me pay off student loans?

well, if you're a science major of any kind, you NEED to go to grad school. simple and plain. If you are interested in a career in biology there are pretty much two broad paths: research/academia and medicine. There's a somewhat of a gray area between the two because a lot of research requires the medical field and much of the medical field relies on research. For example my dad is a pediatrician but also does research on infant diseases. A lot of his collegues decided against medical school, chose to do a PhD program, and now head their own research departments at the local University conducting research on whatever field interests them. Some of them also teach college courses.

Past that, it's hard to get specific without going on probably a 22983743 page rant of the kinds of things you can do as a biologist.
