What kind of pencils/pen do you guys use? (Wooden, mechanical)

I use mechanical pencils, but the lead refilling part and losing them constantly makes me kinda want to use wooden. But broken tips and sharpening makes me ehh...

Wbu guys? Or do you guys just use a bada** pen.

crappy click papermate pens. i lose them too often to buy good ones. never use pencil, ever.

I use the BIC clear/black mechanical pencil. Slightly expensive, but very durable and reliable.

Either black pen or mech pencil.

i cant use pencils, i always break them, i use bic pens

IF I use pencils (which I rarely do, even in math) I use lead ticonderoga. I just don’t have any mechanical pencils. I actually prefer those.

I usually write in pen. I typically write tests/essays in purple. And my notes are a combination of red, orange, green, and purple.

I used to write in black and blue… but blue is too bright and black just annoys me, so I write in purple. Haven’t had any teachers complain yet. =/

Wood, I’ve always been paranoid that mechanical ones won’t work on scantrons.

I use mechanical, but only a certain brand of them. I can’t stand to wooden pencils.

I’ve gone from pencils to pens this year.

Mechanical. Wooden ****es me off.

old school pencils for anything that might need erasing and pens for everything else

Mirado FTW!!! (it’s wooden by the way)

Pentel RSVP Medium Black Pen. Yes, I am that specific.

If I have to use a pencil on an assignment it’s a crappy mechanical one.

For scantrons I use crappy number two wood pencils.

If I’m doing regular pencil’s it’s Mirado.

I usually use mechanical though, which is always BIC .7 mm.

But overall, I prefer pens, namely Sharpie Blue Pens.

Idk, I love getting new pens and trying them out. Ink pens are definitely worth the extra buck or two!!!

I have a set of the Alvin DR05 drafting/technical pencils which I constantly use.

I hate the feeling of wooden pencils. It’s the friction with the paper or something. Mechanical all the way. I just use the cheap Papermate ones. One package has lasted me since junior year (I bought extra lead and erasers though.)

This is somewhat unrelated, but I can never seem to keep pencils, always losing them…

everyone at my school uses mech. pencils like dr grips and kuru togas

g2 pens are jesus christ

Pens: Almost always blue Bic Atlantis. I have enough pens to last me through (at least) my undergrad years.

Pencil: When mechanical, almost always .7 mm; .5 breaks too easily. At home (and for important tests like PSAT and AP), Dr. Grip all the way. At school, wooden pencils (Ticonderogas, Papermate Eagles, and Dixon Orioles).
