What learning community are you going to and why?

Hey what do you guys know about the LCs? Specifically the "Languages, Cultures, and Arts" and "International Living Center," since I can't tell how they are different, except that ILC is smaller (I think like 40 students live there... or maybe it was 140 hahah i forget.) What are their reputations, who usually joins them? Also, does anyone reccomend joining together in an Honors Hall instead of a LC?

Thanks! (This will affect my housing decision...which I'm making today.)

im not going to one. i cant be living with a whole bunch of people like me. ill slap someone. i would wanna ive around a whole bunch of different people. its more interesting.

I'm doing LIFE. I think my only reasons why is that I want to make sure my roomate isn't some drunk party druggie and it's housed in Delplain which is closer to campus. Also, what's to lose? I've never been a part of these sort of substance-free groups before anyhow..

If I wasn't interested in the LCs, LIFE would be my pick as well. Yay for healthy living. Not that I'm super althletic. I haven't ever done sports excet in PE...XD But I like aerobics and plan to continue it, and I can't wait to try out Salsa and Swing! Salsa classes (free, of course) are supposed to be at night at like 10, and there's a Swing Dancing Club (no exp necessary, free lessons, no partner necessary).

do they have skiing?!?!?!

I didn't ask. But it's hard to imagine the coldest campus in the country without snow sports. (I'm sure they do.)

snowboarding?!?!?!?! omg if they have snowboarding.......
