Hi,
So I have been thinking of transferring to IU.
My college Gpa is a 3.43 after 45 credits. I attend a four year university.
I was just wondering if anyone knows what school I could apply to?
Or do I just apply to the University Division and try and get into the business school after a semester or two?

Based on the link to the school it sounds like University Division.

2009 - 2010 Admission Requirements
As a transfer student, you are eligible to apply for admission to Kelley only during your first or second semester enrolled on the IUB campus. To attain a successful admission decision, you must meet the following Standard Admission requirements, as well as complete at least one semester on the IUB campus. If you apply for admission during your first semester at IUB, the Admissions Committee will not make its decision until official grades are posted at the end of that particular semester.

Completion of 26–70 hours of college coursework. (For transfer students, this includes completion of at least one semester on the Bloomington campus.)
Consistent “B” performance across all courses. Please note that a B– does not meet this requirement. The Admissions Committee reviews grades in all courses, not just business courses.
Completion of ENG-W 131 Elementary Composition (or equivalent).
Completion of three or more of the following admissions courses:
MATH-M 118 Finite Mathematics
MATH-M 119 Brief Survey of Calculus
BUS-K 201 The Computer in Business
BUS-X 100 Introduction to Business Administration OR BUS-G 100 Business in the Information Age
Demonstrate commitment to course load. Students with no W’s in coursework have stronger applications.
Extracurricular activities, community service, work experience, and optional letters of recommendation are considered by the committee, but academic performance weighs most heavily in the committee’s decision.

If you are not granted admission due to deficient academic performance, the Admissions Committee may invite you to reapply once you have completed specific requirements.

Good Luck to you IU is a GREAT school!

Well, when you first are admitted, you will have to go into University Division, but you actually declare your major at the time of your application–even if you know you aren’t going to be admitted to any particular “school” yet. So, since you are interested in the Kelley Business School, you need to apply as a business major–and choose a concentration from those offered.

The available majors (concentrations) to choose from are:
Accounting
Business (which means Business with an undeclared major)
Economics Consulting (the new name for the Banking Planning and Economic Consulting major)
Entrepreneurship
Finance
Finance/Real Estate
General Business
Information and Process Management
International Business (but it can only be a co-major, meaning you would have to pick another also)
Legal Studies
Management
Marketing
Operations Management
Public Policy
Supply Chain Management
Technology Major (co-major only)

I’m just worried that if I am apply for a management major, they will think I am applying directly to the business which I am pretty sure I could not get into just yet.

Trust me, the rules are very “cut-and-dried” for who gets direct acceptance to the business school versus who is put in “university division” as a business major.

Note that in cheesewhiz’s comment it said that you couldn’t be admitted directly to the business school as a transfer unless you already had completed one semester at IU-Bloomington.

If you are worried about it, then just apply as “undeclared”. Once you are at the school, though, make sure your advisor knows that you intend to apply to the business school, so that the advice you get–and the classes you take–are appropriate.
