Scenario A:

2250 SAT1
2400 SAT2

Scenario B:

2300 SAT1
3*750 SAT2

Which scenario would you prefer?

Scenario A:

Which scenario would you prefer?

Scenario 1 is better.

A perfect score on 3 SAT Subjects is amazing, and colleges don’t see much of a difference between 2250 and 2300 on the SATs. If Scenario 2 had a 2400 for the SATs, then I’d have to go with that…

Depends on what the SAT 2 tests were on. A math II score on 750 is unacceptable, because of the super generous curve

A rejection from a school wouldn’t occur because of the scores from either scenario, so it doesn’t really matter lol.

^I agree with above, but I would probably take scenario one.
I also agree with Samonuh, I would take scenario 2 if it was a 2400.

^ But if I were to have to pick, I would go with scenario 2, the SAT Reasoning score is more important.

But a 50 point difference on the SAT Reasoning really isn’t much. I think a 150 point difference on the SAT Subjects combined is more important…

^ There is a difference actually, here’s one example

^Hmmm that is true, but I think it would also depend on what which SAT subject tests you took and what the subscores were for each section. For example, even if the math score was lowest, a Math subject test score of 750+ could make up for it.
