What should I do?

Our semester ends January 20th and the application deadline is January 15th. As of right now, my transcript only shows grades 9-11 and I really want them to see my first semester grades from this year. Should I just send it in afterwards or not worry about it at all?

By the way, it usually takes my school a while to get the grades updated for the transcripts.

these grades that u are talking about, are called mid-year reports and they usually get sent after ur application, don't know how much of consideration nyu gives to these grades but it wont hurt if u sent them in. gl

Well for me, when I was applying ED, I really wanted NYU to see my first quarter grades, b/c they were really good, but my counselor said they don't send "works in progress" grades. Meaning, the first time NYU will see my Senior year grades will be at the end of the year. But, they said in the packet that those are the only senior grades they request. They don't look at mid-year reports.

Mr_Socrates,

Two things.
1 - Don't miss the deadline.
2 - NYU does not want, nor do they consider mid-year reports.

Oh ok, thanks everyone!
