thanks

Bacon, nuff said

no sugary cereal, no energy drinks. I had some Cocoa Puffs and I could barely keep my hand still when bubbling answers, though I still managed to do well. And those energy drinks are a surefire way to bomb those last 2 sections (esp when the crash kicks in) Have some pancakes…with bacon…

Dude it’s all about comfort food maannne.
Eat stuff that you like, and you’ll feel great.
If you feel great, you’ll (hopefully) do great on the ACT.

Protein and complex carbs. Caffeine can help, too, if it’s not gonna make you get up and pee in the middle of a test. Light exercise in the morning wouldn’t be a bad idea, either.

I took pepto bismal in an attempt to avoid taking a s**t. I felt like an old-man and had this uneasy feeling in my stomach for the English section.

Basically, eat something and don’t think about it. If you will have caffiene, have it at least two hours before the test just in case it drags something out with it (everyday coffee drinkers know what I’m talking about)
