What is "good" to drink on test day?

<p>What should we drink before the test? Not too much coffee? water? Also, what do you think is a food one should eat for concentration?</p>

<p>i think its best to eat and drink enough so that you are not full, but not hungry, i find that a mcdonald's meal hits the spot pretty perfect. Coffee isnt a good idea i think, not in excess anyway.</p>

<p>Chocolate milk, i used to go with Rockstar triple stength but it hurts ur stomach after a while</p>

<p>Pound an energy drink. It will keep you awake during the CR section. I like Full Throttle or Amp.</p>

<p>Eat a banana before the test.</p>

<p>Drink cold water.</p>

<p>I got really nervous the 2 times I took the ACT and the second time I had the flu ( Still upped my score though :)....)</p>

I brought a donut and a water bottle and a bottle of DR. Pepper</p>

<p>By the time the test was done I was famished so I ate the donut and then went to Taco Bell</p>

<p>Don't eat/drink/try anything that you haven't had regularly before.</p>

<p>I'm an avid Rockstar fan, and I had one with me on my second sitting and it helped me a lot -- but then again, I drink them religiously and am pretty much immune to caffeine, so beware.</p>

<p>Water's always good and cereal is good for breaks.</p>
