Oh, yeah, I forgot about that one. The sneaky outcast that omitted the “UC” from its name. Tsk tsk. It’d probably be my number 3, tied with UCB.

I don’t get people who would want to go to UCLA for LA itself. UCLA should be called UC Westwood since it can be pretty ****ing hard and tedious to get to the better parts of LA from the campus. I think the UCLA name is false advertising.

I’d still want to go to UCLA or UC Berkeley just because they are the only 2 that are truly in an urban environment. I’m kinda sick of living in the suburbs. Put that aside and the fact that I want to finally leave my home and make it on my own, and then I wouldn’t mind UCR.

walleats: UCLA isn’t in an urban environment though. Like I said, it’s in Westwood. Westwood is a boring town, not even a college town like the awesomeness of DAVIS. And it’s difficult and tedious to get to the exciting and urban parts of LA from Westwood.

deanzatransfer: SWEET. <–First emoticon I’ve used on this site; congratulations. So where did you apply to?

Ok gang, nobody is objecting to UCSB ranked 7th on the above list? Really? What’s so objectionable about it? Help please, as I’m seriously considerung attending…

I currently go to UCSB. For me, personally, it’s not as great as I once thought. I used to brag about the beaches but in truth, they’re kinda disgusting…But some parts are really great!

kpatter: My list is highly subjective, as everyone’s would be. I think I’d have a pretty bad time at UCSB. It seems full of bros and partiers. And it’s so isolated. Two things I really wouldn’t like. Doesn’t mean it’s a bad school though.
