what's the hardest ap history?

us?
euro?
world?

can any1 tell me how they r different?

thanx a lot!

i think US is hard. I hvnt taken the other ones, but they probably all range in their own difficulty. DBQs can Die

us = hardest.. hard class ... good times last year!

euro and world aren't bad... but then again, they aren't as specific.

you can definitely BS a euro essay, but u can't BS a US essay

one of my friends got a 4 on the exam and pulled a 90 in the class... he never read... he pulled entire essays and MC Qs out of his butt.

definately US. World you can do well on with general study, euro you just need to read teh review. US has a lot of very specific questions that prob require either a thorough review book or actually reading a text book

well.. I thought AP Govt/pol. was hard as crazy. Seriously, you gotta know everything down to the smallest detail to even get an A and pass the exam. US is hard, without a doubt, but GOVT. was definitely my hardest AP history because of the questions were so dam specific.

My vote would be for AP art history.

US is definitely hardest, but it was my favorite. (I've done all 3)

US is the hardest? I thought European was the hardest.. but that may be also because our school had a very infamous teacher for European history... and then everybody suddenly thought US was easier. (cough) I thought US was easier (in my opinion) than European because european covered so many damn countries and the teacher was not very clear on some subjects... I liked my US teacher better.

Art History is the hardest class in my school...APUSH was actually pretty easy, but I think most of that is that I had an amazing teacher.

what are the best prep books to use for the AP world test?

Barrons and Kaplan imo..

whats best prep book for ap us gov and politcs?

AP World History is the hardest because in AP World History, you have to learn the facts, tell how they are related, and how it has affected the present and past.

us history is a lottttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt more factual than world

APUSH is a beast. I heard a rumor that CB considered canceling/revising the test a few years ago when the scores starting falling so badly out of the bell curve.

how long are the tests and how many problems are there?

so is world or euro harder??
and is US the hardest one??

btw, i think there r:
70 MCs (about 1 hour)
3 essays (about 2 hours) - oh and one is a document-based question

any other opinions on good prep books for the World History AP test?

Prep Books (im not absolutely sure these r the best ones but i think they should b pretty good):

APWH - princeton review and barrons
AP Euro - Modern European History (by viault) and princeton review
APUSH - from what ppl have posted here, AMSCO, PR, and REA seem 2 b good

So far IB/APUSH does not seem that hard. Just review your notes everyday and make notecards!!
