<p>i hyperventilated when i opened my UNC-Chapel Hill email. but it turned out well. so i’m hoping for a repeat performance!!!</p>
<p>What’s the big secret for these universities? Why use a specific date or date range rather than a rolling basis? And why would they NOT at least send out the “Sorry” emails/letters or give a specific date they plan to release decisions? It would sure help the kids who need to send regrets to all the others they were accepted to because NU wants them…April is going to be a crazy busy month!</p>

<p>Just to add: UC Berkeley comes out today at 5PM, and last year I know Northwestern and Berkeley came out on the same day, which was the last Thursday of the month. It could have been purely coincidental, but who knows? No matter when, good luck to everyone. :)</p>
<p>If I am correct, last year Harvard and many of the Ivies were also the last Thursday of the month. (Black Thursday March 26th) This year Harvard and Princeton are saying March 31st in the pm or April 1st respectively. So if you use the logic that NU followed them instead of UC, then they will send out on the 31st. Just to torment you all further…</p>

<p>Ivies did not come out that day - it was later - possibly April 1st.</p>
