<p>The title says it. Should I call now, or wait a couple days or weeks?</p>
<p>I’d call ASAP. I decided I should email my HS counselor first, for any tips/advice/etc. Unfortunately, my school’s faculty email system has been shut down for spring break so she can’t get back to me until Tuesday and I have no other way of reaching her. :/</p>

<p>Just ask if they can give you more money because it does not meet your family’s need. You aren’t going to coax them into giving you more money. Besides, you lose nothing by trying. Just do it as soon as possible and try to be the lucky one that gets it changed.</p>
