When is it too late to take SAT Subject Tests and their difficulty level?

I am a senior who is in a rush to take SAT Tests; both the actual SAT and SAT Subject Tests…
I already registered for the SAT in October but want to take some SAT Subject Tests to improve my chances of getting into my desired major of Biology.
I was planning on taking 3 SAT Subject Tests on November 5th but is this too late if my college application deadline is December 1st? Will the scores not get to the college in time, making it pointless to take the exams?
I intend to take the Biology-E, Literature (My strongest subject), and Spanish-with Listening (I have taken 5 years of Spanish and am of Hispanic heritage, hoping to apply for scholarships…Silly question but would this at all help?).
I would love to hear your thoughts on these tests (their difficulty level, if they’re worth it, etc.) I was planning on studying for the Biology-E and Spanish-with Listening but not studying as much for the Literature as it is naturally my strongest subject.
Thank you in advance for your responses and for taking the time to read this

@el1999 check the colleges’ websites for details. They will usually state the last testing date in which they will accept scores.
