When should I take AP Micro/Macroeconomics?

I want to major in Economics, but my school only offers regular class in Micro/Macroeconomics. I will self study the rest of the material for the AP exam. Any advise on when I should take it. I only liste my AP and Honor classes and pros and cons of taking micro/macro economic during that year

Sophomore: AP European History, Math 2 Honors, Chemistry Honors
Pros: Can take another AP class during senior year
Cons: No frees during first semester; forget stuff until college

Junior: AP US History, AP Calculus BC, AP Chemistry, Spanish 4 Honors
Pros: Right before I start applying to colleges
Cons: Want to take another class but economics would take that time

Senior: AP Spanish Language, AP Physics C, AP Statistics, Multi-variable calculus Honors
Pros: Fits perfectly into my schedule
Cons: Colleges don't know I plan on taking the AP exam in May

Colleges i'm interested in: Upenn (finance major), Yale, University of Chicago, Northwestern, Harvard, and Princeton
