Well, it's not quite a mistaken identity. But this past week, I've made a serious change to my schedule for next semester (affecting half my school-day). Instead of taking linear algebra at my local university (scheduling conflicts), I'll be taking differential geometry one-on-one with my professor (a more advanced math subject) along with learning linear algebra and differential equations on the side. These are three college-level math subjects I'll be learning.

My research tells me I need to alert colleges to this, but I don't know when. If I tell the colleges I applied Match to now, I feel it could draw extra positive attention to my QB Match applications and perhaps "tip" me to the accepted pool. However, the schedule change is not yet finalized (paperwork won't be processed for a couple weeks), so should I wait and just tell the college I'm Matched with or put it on my RD applications?
