I'm a rising junior who will is preparing to take the SATs and its Subject Tests, and I have a question regarding when to take the Subject Tests. Say I want to take the U.S. History Subject Test in December, and take two other Subject Tests in January or March. Can I do that, or do I have to take all three on the same day? I'm sorry, but I'm obviously inexperienced at this, so I wanted some help from those at CC.

Thanks in advance!

You can take your SAT IIs on different dates, which is actually a good idea because you won't burn yourself out by taking three tests in a row.

It's probably best to take all of your SAT IIs towards the end of the year instead of the middle if you're taking the corresponding course at school. Just make sure you get them all done by June so you can see if you need to study over the summer and retake in the fall.

That's what I'm planning on doing. I just wanted to take the U.S. History Subject Test fairly early (December) because I had APUSH my sophomore year and most of the information is still fresh. Thanks for the advice!

SATII's aren't offered in March; only the SATI is

I know, I made a mistake. I meant taking them in May, not March.
