Can anyone suggest a potential lists of colleges? I’m not looking to pay a whole lot out of pocket.

you need to be a little more specific than that…

My soph-junior year I was set on going to either NYU or BU but my mind quickly changed. It wasnt due to my SAT/ACT scores or anything (although they were a bit off!) , it was the tuition.

I decided that my SAT/ACT scores fit in pretty well for in-state (NJ) colleges where I would most likely be offered more money so about a month ago I had a huge change of heart and decided to go to an in state college, Rutgers. If you’re like me or some others, you might plan on attending Med School or Law School or Grad School, so you’ll need money for that, and paying a crapload for an ivy, or places like NYU, Stanford, or BC/BU wouldnt be smart then (unless you dont mind taking a metric ***** ton of loans!). Of course, scholarships come into play, but you can not always account for how much you’ll get from them or if you’ll even get them.

I’ve seen you around a lot on CC and I think youre very intelligent. You’ll definitely get scholarships and you’ll get into a great college, just remember, think logically. If you get a 2200 on your SAT and are offered a full ride from a good state college, but also offered 10,000 a year from Harvard, it’d be economical to go to the state college.

Then again, I’m sure NYU, BU, BC, and Northeastern/Northwestern, and possibly UChicago are a possbility for you.
