Where could I transfer?

<p>I'm starting college this fall. I'm attending Pace University. For many reasons I know I want to transfer to another university, not sure if I'd do it after my freshman or sophmore year through.
Since I'm an international student I'm not familiarized with how things work in the US.</p>

<p>Could I transfer after my sophmore year to a college located outiside of NY?
Can I transfer from Pace to a higher name university? (any examples of good universities I could look into?)
Would I be sending my SAT scores if I transfer after my sophmore year?</p>

<p>I went through a lot of changes/dilemmas this past year. I'm a hard working student, I get really good grades and I'm very active in school. </p>

<p>I just want to know if bigger universities will turn me down for comming from Pace, since it's easy to get into.</p>

<p>Yes, there are no geographic limits on where you can transfer.</p>

<p>That all depends on how you do at Pace. It is more likely as a jr than as a soph transfer.</p>

<p>It depends on the college, some want test scores for all transfer applicants, others do not require them, others do not if you have soph standing, etc. You need to go to the college websites to see their policies.</p>
