<p>I am from MA, are there any good CCs near some rich and safe communities so I can rent a place to live in?</p>

<p>If you can afford to live in Los Altos/Palo Alto, Foothill College is great.</p>

<p>It’s a VERY affluent area, and the school is great. It’s also not too far from De Anza. However, it’s going to VERY expensive.</p>

<p>Most of California is pretty safe…you make it sound like the whole place is Compton.</p>
