Where is the SJSU Impacted Major Act eligibility Index?

I want to apply for Civil Engineering but I cant find the minimum eligibility index for act

For 2016, SJSU did not post EI’s for the ACT. You can look at 2015 and see their thresholds. The EI thresholds do fluctuate year to year depending upon each Freshman class stats but it will give you good ballpark.
