<p>@dilshod1996: Did you calculate your UC GPA? Is it 3.1 or 4.2 weighted or what??? What is your English/Writing result from the ACT? If your English/Writing score on the ACT is 30 or higher, then you are exempt from the AWPE.<br>
You take the AWPE after you have been accepted to a UC.<br>
You have not posted your UC GPA or all your results from the ACT, so I do not even know if you have a chance for acceptance at any UC.</p>
<p>Getting into Medical school/Dental School is mainly about high GPA and high MCAT/DAT score. If you feel you are going to have problems at a UC with the required English classes and your GPA may suffer, then you should probably start off at a CC then transfer.
CC’s have a TAG program in which you complete all the required classes, you get admission into one of the UC’s such as UCSB/UCD/UCR/UCI. </p>
