I live in California and im going to school in New Hampshire...so should I buy my things there or here?
and what places have the best variety of the things I will need?
and what do should I bring?

Many people on CC are saying PBTeen to get sheets, pillowcases, etc.

Your school will probably send you a list in the mail regarding what to bring. Also, is your school's dress code casual or formal? You'll most likely receive a packet about that, too.

my school is casual.
but we hav formal wear for monday night dinners.
but should I get everything there or here on the west coast?

What school do you go to?

im going to be a freshman
at tilton school.

ok first i wouldn't go to pbteen its a bit too much money.....

personally i love wal mart....but its up to u

29 secs....

5 secs.....

lol!
i will probably end up going there concidering the cost of boarding school.
its either there or target.

wow we are ALL on....freaky

what are you talking about?

target rules...oh when i types that all the ppl who r on this thread were on cc....when its yellow their on

lol!
oh ok.
and does it really get that cold in the new england area?

It gets very cold and in Tilton, you are very close to the White Mts. Expect SNOW. There is a factory outlet mall right in Tilton (right off Exit 18...I think that's the one...on Interstate 93). I believe there is also a WalMart on that exit; not sure about Target. If your parents will be staying for a few days and can take you to get your stuff, Concord is only 15 minutes or so down 93 and they will have all of the stores.

I'm going shopping for cold weather clothing with my aunt who lives in NY. I'm going to go a few days before and hang out at my aunts house and shop with her and my cousin. They will know what to buy much more than myself. (I am a California kid too)

I got a bed set at Delia's but I might buy another one or replace it with one from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I am going shopping at outlets on vacation, too.
