Pardon me for creating another thread, but I am torn. I feel like by picking any one of the schools, I am giving up a lot from the others.

You don't even have to give me a reason lol...just tell me where you'd personally go! (your own advice would help, of course). I KNOW how important my own preference of the campus is, but I will address that later.

I am a life science major going into health (most likely pharmacy).

My options are:

-UCLA
Regents scholarship (full ride)
-UC Davis
Regents scholarship (full ride)
Close to home
-UCSD Muir College
Chancellor's Scholarship (about $3350 in loans)
Impacted major
-USC
Private (vs. public)
About $5500 in loans and $2500 WS for roughly 53k CoA

I am not Ivy material, and thus do not have to toss in Cornell to my 4-way decision :)

Of those you mentioned, the highest ranking for pharmacy is USC – although I remember University of Arizona as being ranked a bit higher, but that’s not part of your mix.

Josebi - do you know more about TAP? I didn’t think I’d get into USC, so I didn’t apply for TAP…and I don’t know how hard it is to get into the program as an undergraduate :/

a few things: if you apply while you’re an undergrad at USC, you must have a 3.2 GPA. you need 2 letters of rec, a resume, and you have to answer a couple essay prompts.

if you get into TAP, then i think you just need to maintain a 3.2 cummulative and 2.75 science gpa to be auto admitted to USC pharm school.

Hmm…I didn’t apply, so if I attend USC, I’d have to try and apply freshman year. Do you know the likelihood of being accepted as an undergraduate as opposed to high school senior? (provided I can maintain the grades) I don’t want to take my chances because USC will cost the most for me ><
