DD will be residing at SBA this Fall. If we want to mail her a package, what address do we put on it (incl. zip code, please)? Is there a post office on campus? Does she have to go to the post office to pick up the package?

Answering my own question
from [Residential Life Services : University of Rochester](http://www.rochester.edu/reslife/services.html)

Mail: Your campus mailbox (called a CPU) will be assigned and the number mailed to you along with your housing assignment. Your CPU remains the same for all your University years. Any letter or package sent through the U.S. mail should be addressed to your CPU box number, University of Rochester, Rochester, New York 14627 + last four digits of your CPU box number. U.S. mail addressed to your residence hall will not be delivered.

Strange, she should have received an email and/or mail about it.

There is indeed a post office on campus. It’s in the Todd Union Bldg. basement. (Todd Union is directly across from the Frat Quad). Post Office is open Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-2.

Every student gets a postal box which they will use for as long as they remain a student at UR. (It’s not free, btw. Annual rental is $35, I think.) CPU number will arrive when housing info arrives.

Address mail this way:

Student Name
CPU Box 000000
University of Rochester
Rochester, NY 14627

Packages mailed to the student will generate an email to the student with a UR tracking number. The student will need to either print out the email or copy the tracking number in order to claim her package.

WoWM, thanks.
Herunar, DD had an email sitting in her inbox since early July, just as you said. Thanks!
