where to make a MPN--a master prom note?

<p>i'm going to uc berkeley in the fall as a freshman.</p>

<p>i've already done the entrance counseling and went on to bearfacts and accepted my federal subsidized loan and perkins loan.</p>

<p>where do i go to make the MPN?</p>

<p>and is there a separate process to get the perkins loan or is the entrance counseling and that MPN apply to it too?</p>

<p>Go to the page above, and click on each type of loan. Instructions for completing the MPN are right there; it's done online. Yes, you need to do entrance counseling & complete an MPN for EACH type of loan.</p>
