<p>So I'm asking this for a friend.</p>
<p>She already has a BA in teaching and would like to apply to a program to study for an MBA in Human Resource Management. Finding schools has proven a bit difficult and I would love if someone with experience or knowledge in this area could suggest a few, Google has been no help. </p>
<p>Any country in the world would be OK but the program would have to be taught in English. Preference for a Scandinavian country(money thing, special rights as a citizen of a Nordic country). Not too expensive, preferably not more than 15.000-20.000$ for the entire program. </p>
