<p>UC Council is considering accepting more out of state students for money support- out of state tuition is like 27k and instate 8k. California state schools are cutting down on the number of students accepted by 5-10%.
But I’m not sure if these will take effect this fall.</p>
<p>Only time will tell.</p>
