Which APs should I take? Help me figure out my schedule?

I'm a sophomore in high school, and the only AP class I'm taking right now is AP US History (which is the only one I was able to take this year.) My school offers 11 APs, but I'm can't take most of them.

I'm not in art, so no AP Art. Not in Tech, so no AP Computer Science. No time in my schedule for AP Music Theory.

I can only take one AP math course and they offer three (because passing Pre-calc is required for all three of them, and I take Pre-calc next year, and I only have time for one math class.) So I have to decide between AP Stats, AP Calc AB, or AP Calc BC. I also have to decide between AP Bio, AP Physics, and honors Forensic Science. Forensics sounds really fun, but of course it's not an AP class. I'm taking AP Chem next year, so no need to worry about that.

I'm already taking the only AP history class they offer, so no worrying about that. I'm going to take AP Lit, but I'm not allowed to take it until senior year even though I'm in accelerated English (so I'm taking 11th-grade English this year, but I can't take AP next year.) It's pretty stupid to make an AP seniors-only, but whatever.

So if I take all the AP classes I'm able to, that would be 5 total. I can't think of any way to fit the others into my schedule. Is that enough, if you consider that I'll also have some college credits from the college credit (non-AP) classes that are offered through my high school? I'll have college credit in Spanish, Public Affairs, and Psychology. On the other hand, I could not do the Psychology class and take AP Music Theory instead. Which would be better, college-credit Psych or another AP?

Basically, I want to know which classes would be best for college admissions, and would still allow me to not go completely insane my senior year. I have to decide which math, which science, and between Psych and Music Theory. Sorry, this post is a little long and rambling, but some opinions would be appreciated!

AP Physics is a good junior year class, and Calculus BC is a good senior class (both for admissions and your own benefit).
