which college do transfer students choose????

im currently a community college student(engineering major) and will be transfering to UCSD in one year. i have taken an anthroplogy and art course for GE and i want to know which of the SIX COLLEGES most transfer students choose.

i was told most students dont choose the EARL WARREN COLLEGE because they have a writing requirement that isnt the same as ENGLISH 1A & 1B while others have said to choose the JOHN MUIR OR ROOOSEVELT COLLEGE

please i hope some of you have feedbacks to help me with this, thank you

engineering majors have a pretty rigorous ower division. anybody know what are the most chosen colleges engienering undergarduates and especially transfer choose im thinking of following one of the three

roosevelt
revelle
thurgood college

Warren is considered to be the host of the most Engineering students on campus (though I never had that confirmed).

Muir is typically the most popular college receiving the most applications every year for the past few years. Muir has two required writing GEs (MUIR40 and MUIR50) and has arguably the easiest general eds out of the six colleges.

do u know anything about what college engineering transfer students choose?

thanx a lot for the info

I am an engineering transfer student from UCI. I picked Marshall just by chance and got it.

I have exactly 3 GE's completed, and the rest are physics/chem/math/engineering classes (over 90 units). GE's i completed was the Subject A requirement writing classes and then one anthropology class. I was accepted directly into the school of engineering.

Most of the engineering students I have encountered were students from Warren. This is probably because the GE's fit in with engineering and the engineering school is in Warren (proximity...).

i see. thanks for the information. there is probably not that much information on engineering transfer students choosing USCD colleges.

i think i narrowed my decision down to roosevelt, revelle and sixth
